In December 2023, just before the holiday break, the second round of participatory workshops took place at our partner schools in Austria, Poland and Slovenia. In June 2023, our workshops focused heavily on design, this time the focus was on the content of the program. An entire session was also dedicated to discussing the topic of diversity and exploring its various dimensions together with the students. Most importantly, students were asked to share their ideas and opinions via do’s and don’t’s on how diversity should be represented in the me_HeLi-D program. In addition, the students were asked to create and co-create content for the me_HeLi-D program. They engaged in three different creation labs, namely the Writing Lab, the Recording Lab and the Activity Lab, where they focused on tasks such as writing short stories, recording inspirational audios about what mental health means to them, or modifying activities. Thanks to the valuable feedback and creations, the 2nd round was just as successful as the first. We really appreciate the students’ efforts and ideas and are happy that they found the workshops meaningful.
