The 16th European Public Health Conference took place from November 8-11, 2023 at the Convention Centre Dublin. With the theme “Our Food, Our Health, Our Earth: A Sustainable Future for Humanity”, me_HeLi-D was a perfect fit for the program. We presented how mental health, in particular mental health help-seeking behavior, can be strengthened in a sustainable digital environment.
